With a background in various leadership roles in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and operations management, Michael has extensive experience in implementing and managing quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards. From their time in the US Navy as a Propulsion Engineer to their current pursuit of an Ed.D in Organizational Leadership, Michael has shown a commitment to excellence and continuous learning throughout their career.
