Dawn Case

Dawn Case has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dawn started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Therma-Tru Corporation, where they analyzed staffing needs and conducted interviews. Dawn also served as a Plant Tour Director, conducting product and component training for distributors and builders. At Roto-Rooter Services Company, Dawn worked as a Business Process Trainer, facilitating training programs and developing incentive programs for sales representatives. Dawn then transitioned to Fuzion Training, Marketing, and Communications, where they briefly worked as a Project Manager, coordinating logistics for BMW University training events. Dawn later joined Aptera Software as the Director of Support and Training, where they trained clients on a web-based software application and managed customer satisfaction. Currently, they are an Implementation Project Manager at Medical Informatics Engineering, Inc, where they act as a subject matter expert, conducts client workflow analysis, and manages the implementation of WebChart software modules.

Dawn Case attended Purdue University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, with a focus on Human Resources.
