George Jones

George Jones is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Medical Informatics Engineering, Inc since December 2023. Prior to this role, George worked at Octane from January 2022 to December 2023 as a Senior Software Engineer and held a similar title at Medical Informatics Engineering from February 2002 to January 2022. During this time, George designed and implemented an e-prescribing system and created a templating system that improved UI development efficiency. George also developed a medication entry system with clinical decision support features and built a database schema code tool for MySQL operations. George holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science from Purdue University and Purdue University Fort Wayne.
