Carol Morris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carol began their career in 1991 as a Food Technologist for Dragoco, Inc. In 2002, they became a Registered Nurse II at Mountainside Hospital. Carol then moved to Saint Barnabas Medical Center in 2007, where they served as a Patient Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse (RN). In 2011, they joined The Valley Hospital as a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department. From 2015 to 2022, they worked for Prudential Financial as a Health and Wellness Nurse Specialist. Most recently, they have been a Clinical Engagement Specialist for Medical Informatics Corp. since 2022.

Carol Morris has a diverse educational background, beginning with a Diploma in Nursing from Mountainside Hospital School of Nursing. Carol then went on to earn a B.S. in Nursing from Chamberlain University, followed by a B.S. in Biology from Montclair State University. Finally, they earned an M.S.N. in Nursing Informatics from Chamberlain University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications from the American Heart Associationing (Basic Life Support (BLS)), the National Society of Health Coaches (Health Coaching Certification), and the New Jersey Board of Nursing and Pennsylvania Board of Nursing (New Jersey State Registered Nurse License (RN) and Pennsylvania State Registered Nurse License (RN)).
