Kristi Shepard

Kristi Shepard has 8 years of experience in Accounting, starting with Horizon CSA in 2009. In 2017, they joined Medical Informatics Corp, where they held the role of Accounting and Operations. Prior to that, they were employed by MEDITECH from 1999 to 2017, where they held the role of Applications Specialist - MM/AP/FA. In this role, they supported Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Materials Management Software for 50 hospitals, coordinated and presented software topics for hospital staff at training classes, traveled to hospital sites for retraining of hospital staff, performed an evaluation of the current way hospital staff utilized the software, identified areas of improvement, and tailored training specifically for those areas. Additionally, they mentored and trained new employees within the work group, researched, duplicated, resolved issues, and tested software issues reported by customers. Kristi also transferred fixes remotely into customer's systems to resolve reported issues, and tracked billable software projects for their group and submitted paperwork.

Kristi Shepard attended Bryant University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
