Peter F. Lyle Sr.

Peter F. Lyle, Sr. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Peter F. started their career in 1982 as a Research Assistant at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Peter F. then worked as a Marketing Analyst and Sales Support at IBM from 1984 to 1987. In 1985, they also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

From 1986 to 1987, Lyle founded and served as the Principal of MAESTRO, Inc., where they focused on instructional management and training. Peter F. then joined Medical Management Associates in 1988 as an Associate.

In 1990, Lyle became the General Manager of Healthcare Information Services at ICCA - Inter-community Cancer Centers. Peter F. returned to Medical Management Associates in 1992, where they held various roles including Sr. Associate, Director of Practice Management Services, and Vice President of Health System and Medical Practice Services. Since January 2019, they have served as the Executive Vice President and Principal at Medical Management Associates.

Lyle also held positions outside of Medical Management Associates. Peter F. served as a Director and Board Member at Healthcare Realty since 2016, and as a Compensation and Talent Management Committee Member at the same company. Since 2020, they have also held the role of Executive Director and Board of Directors at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) GA Affiliate, GASCO, Inc.

Peter F. Lyle, Sr. started their education at Briarcliff High School in Atlanta, Georgia, where they attended from 1978 to 1983. After completing high school, they went on to the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Peter F. studied at Georgia Tech from 1983 to 1988. During this time, from 1987 to 1988, they also participated in a Minor and Certificate Program in Health Systems Planning at the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.

In 1992, Peter attended The Wharton School, specifically The Aresty Institute of Executive Education, where they obtained a certification in Group Practice Management with a focus on AGPA (Assocation of Group Practice Administrators).

Aside from their formal education, Peter F. Lyle, Sr. has also obtained additional certifications. In 1982, they achieved the honor of becoming an Eagle Scout through the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Peter F. is also a Governance Fellow of the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors), though specific details about the month and year of obtaining this certification were not provided.
