Michal Houston

Michal Houston is a highly experienced operations leader in the clinical trials and research sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Medical Metrics, Inc. since June 2016. In this role, Michal oversees the management of over 130 projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple regions, and leading the Operations team in delivering high-quality project management services. Previous positions include Director of Operations and Director of Project Management, where Michal focused on improving project delivery and establishing new service offerings. Prior experience at MD Anderson Cancer Center involved coordinating clinical trials and managing research data, complemented by a background in physical therapy and health education roles. Michal holds a Master’s Degree in Bioscience and Health Policy from Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of Houston.
