Sara Minton

Sara Minton has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Director of HR & Administration at Medical Metrics, Inc. since November 2014, after progressing from roles including Senior Manager and HR/Office Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive HR services such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits management for a team of 49 employees. Prior to that, Sara held the position of HR Manager at Houston Nephrology Group from 2010 to 2014, where key contributions included developing departmental policies, managing employee relations, and supervising HR functions for a team of 20 employees and interns. Sara holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Ashford University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Houston-Downtown.
