Edward Koo, MD, has extensive experience in the field of ophthalmology, currently serving as the Senior Managing Partner at Peninsula Ophthalmology Group since October 1997. Additionally, Edward holds consultant roles with Verily Life Sciences and Carl Zeiss Vision, both starting in 2018, and co-founded Vision Integrated Partners in April 2018. Edward has contributed to various committees, including the MIPS Task Force Committee at Mills Peninsula Medical Group and the Credentials Sub-Committee at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. With a long-standing commitment to education and advocacy, Edward has served as an Eye Project Surgeon for Medical Ministry International and as an Ophthalmology Disability Consultant for the California Department of Health Care Services. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Tufts University School of Medicine, complemented by training at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine.
