Bridget A. O'Callahan

Bridget A. O'Callahan, MSN, RN, CCM, is an experienced nursing professional with a robust background in clinical learning and development, case management, and education. Currently serving as the Lead Clinical Learning & Development Specialist at Medical Mutual since April 2022, Bridget is responsible for fostering partnerships to enhance member health and streamline clinical operations. Previously, in various roles at Medical Mutual of Ohio, including Senior Learning & Development Specialist and Manager of Clinical Care Management, Bridget led training initiatives and managed utilization case management. Prior experience includes operations management at CareSource Management Group, faculty instruction at Central School of Practical Nursing, and clinical services supervision at Concordia Care. Education includes an Associate Degree of Applied Science from Kent State University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Notre Dame College, and a Master of Nursing in Leadership & Management from Western Governors University.
