Garrett Cox

Garrett Cox is a seasoned professional in population health evaluation and analytics, currently serving as Manager at Medical Mutual since June 2016. In this role, Garrett leads a team in developing analytic plans using advanced methodologies to improve health outcomes. Previously, Garrett held positions including Lead Data Scientist, and Epidemiologist at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, where responsibilities included experimental design and outbreak investigations. Earlier experience includes roles at UnitedHealth Group, Rwanda Zambia HIV Research Group, and various positions related to research coordination and data management. Garrett earned a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical and Biological Anthropology from the University of Arkansas.
