Joe Masar

Joe Masar is an experienced project manager and quality assurance professional with a strong background in the technology sector. Currently, Joe serves as a Project Manager for the Customer Care Java team at Medical Mutual since February 2022. Previously, Joe held the position of QA Lead for a Pega project at Medical Mutual of Ohio from February 2016 to August 2022. Joe's career includes significant roles at Oracle as a Principal Member of Technical Staff, focusing on quality assurance and customer experience testing for the OER product, and as QA Manager at both BEA Systems and Flashline, Inc., where Joe contributed to product quality and project management. Joe began a career in IT as a Network Technician and System Support Specialist, establishing a strong foundation in system operations and support.
