Stephanie Steirn

Stephanie Steirn is an accomplished Senior Instructional Designer at Medical Mutual, where responsibilities include leading customer experience training for Medicare Advantage plans since June 2018. Previous roles include Chair of the Board for the United States Fencing Association - Northern Ohio Division, overseeing local competitions and national qualifying events, and Instructional Designer at Medical Mutual of Ohio, where similar training duties were performed. Leadership experience also includes serving as President and Past President of the Greater Cleveland Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. Stephanie holds a Master's in Nonprofit Administration and Leadership from Cleveland State University and a Master's in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the same institution, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Bowling Green State University.
