Prachi Patel

Prachi Patel has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prachi started their career as an R&D Chemist at Medical Products Laboratories, Inc. in 2008, where they developed formulations and manufacturing processes for various dosage forms. Prachi also played a lead role in multiple product development projects and was skilled in using a wide range of manufacturing equipment. In 2009, Prachi became a Senior Formulation Scientist at Medical Products Laboratories, where they managed and led the scale-up function of new product development. Prachi was responsible for leading projects from bench-top formulation development to full-scale production, following cGMP and FDA guidelines. Prachi also contributed to ANDA projects and provided assistance to the QA/RA department. Since 2015, Prachi has been working at Medical Products Laboratories, Inc. as the Director of Product Development. In this role, they lead the R&D department in the formulation and manufacturing process development of all new products. Prachi collaborates with marketing and sales teams to coordinate complete product development based on customer specifications. Prachi also plans and formulates research and development proposals and identifies equipment and human resource requirements.

Prachi Patel received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Temple University. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Temple University School of Pharmacy, which they completed in 2014.
