Daniel Parker

Daniel Parker has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and industries. Daniel began their career in the Army Special Forces as a 25B Information Technology Specialist, where they were responsible for deploying and maintaining the DoD network. Daniel also served as an IT Helpdesk Administrator in the 20th Special Forces Group, providing support and services to users across multiple countries in the Middle East. After their military service, Daniel worked as an ADPE Technician, providing laptop and desktop support to military and civilian customers. Daniel then served as a SIPR Network Administrator in CGI Federal, ensuring the security and operations of devices connected to the SIPR network. Daniel also worked as a Collections Representative during their time in CGI Federal. Most recently, they worked as a Senior System Engineer at CBRE, completing various projects and providing support for over 250 users on the domain. Currently, Daniel holds the position of IT Analyst at Medical Properties Trust, Inc.

Daniel Parker attended Troy University from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Business. In addition to their degree, they also hold several certifications including MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals from Microsoft which they obtained in May 2015, CompTIA A+ ce from CompTIA which they obtained in April 2012, and CompTIA Security+ ce from CompTIA which they obtained in April 2015.
