Matthew Hamner

Matthew Hamner has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Matthew currently works at Medical Properties Trust, Inc., where they started in 2020 as an Accounting Analyst and later moved up to the position of Senior Analyst in Special Projects. In March 2022, they transitioned to become the Manager of Special Projects. Before joining Medical Properties Trust, Inc., Matthew worked at PwC as an Associate in Deals - Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services from September 2018 to August 2019. Matthew also interned at PwC in the same department from January 2017 to March 2017. Prior to their time at PwC, Matthew gained experience as a Legislative Intern at the Office of State Representative Ron Simmons from September 2014 to July 2015.

Matthew Hamner obtained their education from The University of Texas at Austin. From 2013 to 2018, they pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting.
