Tom Watts

President & CEO at Exceptional Living Centers

Tom Watts is the current President & CEO at Exceptional Living Centers. Prior to this, they held various positions at Fifth Third Bank, England & Hensley CPA's, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited.

Mr. Watts began their career in 1995 as an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited. In 1999, they transitioned to England & Hensley CPA's where they worked as an associate until 2000. That same year, they joined Fifth Third Bank as an Assistant Vice President and Wealth Management Advisor. During their three years at Fifth Third Bank, Mr. Watts was responsible for the management of Retirement Plan Administration, Institutional Trust Administration, and Personal Trust Administration. Tom also oversaw the monthly profit and loss statement, sales of new business, and administration of $1.2 Billion in managed and custodial accounts.

In 2003, Mr. Watts left Fifth Third Bank to become the President & CEO at Exceptional Living Centers, where they have been working ever since. Under their leadership, Exceptional Living Centers has become one of the premier providers of long-term care services in the United States.

Tom Watts has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

Rod Brewer - Vice President of Technology, Nicolle Meade - Vice President of Business Development, and Marc Hurst - Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer report to Tom Watts.
