Caroline Potts is a seasoned professional in the healthcare sector with extensive experience in research and development, patient services, and visit management. Currently serving as the General Manager of Site & Patient Services at Medical Research Network since July 2019, Caroline has held several senior leadership roles within the organization, including VP of Visit Delivery and Global Head of Visit Management. Prior experience includes the position of Head of Research & Development at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Project Director at Medical Research Network from April 2018 to April 2019. Caroline Potts holds a Master of Science in Healthcare and Design from Imperial College London and a Master’s degree in Health Sciences from Newcastle University.
