M. Clark Barrineau

M. Clark Barrineau is an experienced public policy and government affairs professional currently serving as the Vice President of Government Affairs and Public Policy at the Medical Society of Virginia since May 2019. In this role, Barrineau directs advocacy efforts, acts as chief lobbyist, and oversees the political action committee. Prior to this position, Barrineau held leadership roles at various organizations including Capital Results and the American Society of Civil Engineers, focusing on public affairs and advocacy campaigns. Barrineau has a solid foundation in communications, having previously managed operations for the American School Bus Council and conducted research for Nesbitt Research.
