Liz Hall

Liz leads talent engagement efforts for Medical Solutions where she oversees the company’s employee experience, learning and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and initiatives. Prior to joining Medical Solutions in 2019, following its acquisition of C&A Industries, Liz served as Executive Director of Training and Development with C&A where she led the evolution of the company’s training and education programming, from accredited new-hire training and professional development to leadership training and mentoring. During her nearly 20-year tenure with C&A she also oversaw quality assurance, clinical support, and operations for its healthcare brand, Aureus Medical. Through Liz’s leadership, both Medical Solutions and C&A have received global recognition for training and development, including Training Magazine’s APEX Award (formerly Training Top 100) and the Association of Talent Development’s (ATD) BEST Award. Liz also served as a field sales trainer at Data Axle USA, where she was responsible for sales and management training for 23 field offices throughout the U.S. and Canada. Liz earned her Bachelor of Business Management and Computer Applications from the Nebraska College of Business. She is a former board member of ATD Nebraska and serves as a mentor with the TeamMates mentoring program. She has also served on the advocacy board and volunteered with the Nebraska Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
