Associate Vice President Supply Chain Operations at Medical University of South Carolina

Anne Mitchell has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Anne began their career as a Lead Counselor at Cincinnati Occupational Therapy Institute, Inc., where they organized activities for children with Sensory Processing Disorder. Anne then served as Chief Financial Officer and later as Chief Executive Officer at Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority, where they oversaw meetings and managed the organization's budget.

After that, Anne worked as a Teacher's Assistant at Centre College before joining Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as a CBDI School Intervention Volunteer, tutoring hospitalized children. Anne then had internships at Mercy Health and Mercy Health (formerly Catholic Health Partners), where they gained experience in hospital administration, surgery department operations, and executive office support.

Anne further expanded their healthcare expertise at Germane Solutions, serving as an Administrative Resident and Consultant for their graduate medical education consulting group. Anne'sresponsibilities included conducting feasibility studies, advising hospital leadership, and completing projects related to residency programs.

Most recently, Anne held the position of Supply Chain Director at Mercy Health, where they were responsible for overseeing supply chain operations. Currently, they are the Cincinnati Market Supply Chain Director at Bon Secours Mercy Health. In 2023, they will assume the role of Associate Vice President Supply Chain Operations at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Anne Mitchell completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Centre College from 2011 to 2015. Anne then pursued a Master's degree in Health Services Administration and Business Administration from Xavier University from 2015 to 2018.
