Kelsey Brown

Kelsey Brown, MBA, has extensive experience in business analysis and human resources, currently serving as a Business Analyst II at the Medical University of South Carolina since June 2016, focusing on strategic finance and business initiatives. Previously, Kelsey held multiple roles in provider recruitment and onboarding, developing best practices for the onboarding process. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Business Partner role at Beaufort Memorial Hospital, managing recruitment and advising on employee lifecycle processes, and earlier positions in retail management and ESL education. Kelsey holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies, both from the University of South Carolina.
