Lediae Dixon

Lediae Dixon has extensive experience in patient care and customer service, currently serving as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at the Medical University of South Carolina since April 2016, where care is provided to patients and their families during critical times. Previously, Lediae worked as a Call Center Representative at NCO from January 2015, focusing on payment arrangements and client account security. Lediae’s earlier experience includes roles as a Nurses Aid at Sweet Grass Assisted Living and a PCT at We Care Home Care, where assistance was given for daily needs and in-home health care. Prior experience as a Call Center Representative at Iqor involved handling customer calls and account management. Lediae holds an Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting from Virginia College, earned between 2013 and 2015, and a High School Diploma in General Studies from Berkeley High School, completed in 2009.
