Richard C. Hundorfean

Richard C. Hundorfean, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Charleston Division at the Medical University of South Carolina and as Chief Executive Officer of MUSC Health Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of Encompass Health. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Executive Officer at UH Beachwood Hospital, where specialized treatment programs supported a diverse range of patient needs. Additional experience at Cleveland Clinic involved serving as Administrative Director of the Neurological Institute, Administrator of the Department of Pain Management, and Project Manager, with a focus on large-scale project execution and process improvement. Richard holds a Health Care MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and a degree in Industrial Manufacturing & Systems Engineering from Ohio University.
