Previously, Sebastian served as a Senior Network Administrator at Universidad Nacional de San Martín from December 2011 to December 2020, where responsibilities included coordination of technical incidents, monitoring hardware and software, and managing advanced networking protocols. An early career role included manufacturing dental sterilization equipment at Stoord Company. Sebastian holds a Tecnicatura in Telecommunications from Universidad Nacional de San Martín and a Technical degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from EET Nº1 “Manuel Belgrano.”
