MacIej Kulesza

Maciej Kulesza has a diverse work experience in the fields of research, engineering, and management. Maciej started their career in 2005 as a Hardware Design Manager at Medicalgorithmics S.A., where they worked until 2014. Maciej then took on the role of Engineering Director at the same company until 2019. During this time, they were responsible for setting the strategic vision for medical products, coordinating multi-team product development, and leading the clinical research team. Maciej also played a key role in transforming the company into an Agile enterprise.

In addition to their work at Medicalgorithmics S.A., Maciej also worked at Gdansk University of Technology as a DSP researcher and hardware designer from 2006 to 2011. Maciej focused on audio processing algorithms during this role. Maciej also worked at Waveformatic as a hardware and software engineer/manager from 2006 to 2010, where they developed PCBs, casings, and user interfaces for devices based on Analog Devices Sharc processors.

Overall, Maciej Kulesza has a strong background in AI research, engineering, and management, with a particular focus on medical products and audio processing algorithms.

Maciej Kulesza obtained their PhD in Electronics and Telecommunication from Gdańsk University of Technology, where they studied from 1998 to 2011.
