Teresa Coover

Teresa Coover RN, BSN, has been Vice President and Director of Clinical Services for Medicalodges, Inc. since 2016. Teresa leads a clinical team of five nurses supporting Medicalodges communities in the delivery of excellent nursing care. Teresa started her career with Medicalodges as a director of nursing in 2010 and served as a nurse consultant for five years prior to her current role. She has worked in various roles in long term care and in assisted living communities. She is active in the American Health Care Association and the Kansas Health Care Association as a member of the education committee and the Nurse Advisory committee President. Teresa also participates in the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability survey consistency task force and is an NCLEX examination reviewer.

Teresa graduated from Neosho County Community College in 2005 with an Associate of Science degree in nursing and from Colorado Technical University of Nursing in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science in nursing. In addition to long term care, she has worked as an RN in acute care, home health and as an allied health instructor.
