David Neubert

David Neubert has over 18 years of experience in the finance industry. David began their career in 2003 as the Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer of Undermountain LLC. In 2006, they joined the Advisory Board of Green Drinks LLC. From 2007 to 2012, they were the Co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Kapitall. During this time, they also worked as a Portfolio Manager for Scout Trading LLC and an Advisory Director for Contextuall. In 2010, they became an Advisory Director for medicalrecords.com. From 2012 to 2017, they were an Advisor for Trading Systems at Voyager. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Director of the Board of Directors for Seize Sur Vingt/Groupe. In 2016, they joined Eagle Bay Advisors as a Partner. In 2023, they became the Portfolio Manager and Founder of Windshear Allocators Fund at Hurricane Capital.

David Neubert's education history includes a Master's Degree in International Finance from Harvard Kennedy School, which they obtained between 1988 and 1990. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Economics, with minors in Math and Spanish Lit. from Pitzer College between 1984 and 1988. David also attended the University of Warwick between 1985 and 1986 to study Mathematics and Theatre. In 1983 and 1984, they attended Instituto Dante Alighieri - Rosario, Argentina, where they obtained a High School Diploma as an AFS Student. Finally, they attended Pacific Grove High School between 1979 and 1982. In addition, David Neubert holds certifications from Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the National Futures Association, which they obtained between 1993 and 2013.
