Labinot Avdiu, Pharm.D. has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Labinot co-founded Medication Management Partners (MMP) in 2010, where they currently serve as the CEO. In this role, they are responsible for guiding the company culture and ensuring a clear and inspiring vision. As the Pharmacy Director of MMP from 2010 to 2016, they led the development and implementation of processes and workflows, successfully on-boarding over 1,000 residents and 10 different communities in a span of 6 months.

Prior to MMP, Avdiu worked as the Pharmacy Manager at Rush Professional Office Building Pharmacy, where they implemented workflows and processes to enhance customer service and efficiency. At Brady's Pharmacy, they assumed the role of Pharmacy Director, focusing on compounding services and doubling the revenue in less than 2 years. Avdiu also gained experience as a Staff Pharmacist at Eggleston's Pharmacy and as a Pharmacy Resident at Lakeshore Apothecary. Labinot started their career at Walgreens as a Pharmacy Intern.

Labinot Avdiu, Pharm.D. has a strong educational background in the field of pharmacy. Labinot began their academic journey at Baylor University in 1996, where they pursued pre-medicine/pre-medical studies for a year. In 1997, they transferred to the University of Oklahoma and focused on pre-pharmacy studies until 2000. It was during this time that Labinot Avdiu laid the foundation for their future career in pharmacy.

Building upon their pre-pharmacy studies, Labinot Avdiu enrolled at the prestigious University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. From 2000 to 2004, they dedicated four years to completing their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree. This program offered him extensive knowledge and expertise in the pharmacy field and prepared him for their future endeavors.

Aside from their formal education, Labinot Avdiu has also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skill set. In November 2019, they completed the Key Account Management certification offered by LinkedIn. This additional qualification reflects their commitment to personal and professional growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
