Kirk Davis

Kirk Davis is an experienced pharmacist currently working at Medication Review, Inc. since January 2025, utilizing multiple EMRs to remotely manage medication orders for various hospitals across five states. Concurrently, since September 2016, Kirk has served as a Per Diem Pharmacist and Pharmacist-In-Charge at OnePoint Patient Care, successfully expanding hospice services and team size. From April 2022 to December 2024, Kirk served as the Director of Pharmacy at Rainier Springs, where a newly crafted formulary significantly improved patient outcomes and reduced costs. Prior roles include Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens, where Kirk oversaw high prescription volumes and transitioned the pharmacy into a travel health clinic, and experience as a Pharmacy Intern at Walmart and Pharmacy Technician at The University of Iowa Health Care.
