Dr. Tamaghna Bhattacharya

Dr. Tamaghna Bhattacharya currently serves as the Pharmacovigilance Manager at MEDICE - The Health Family since January 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Medical Science/Medical Affairs & Pharmacovigilance Manager at Dr. Ebeling & Assoc. GmbH from February 2021 to December 2023, focusing on end-to-end processing of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs). Previous positions include Research Assistant at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, where coordination of a summer school on scientific research methods took place, and Pharmacovigilance Intern and Research Assistant at Abbott, responsible for establishing data entry conventions and preparing training materials. Dr. Bhattacharya has also held the position of Assistant Manager Pharmacovigilance at Tata Consultancy Services, overseeing safety monitoring and quality checks, and served as a Junior Resident in General Surgery at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, New Delhi. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Health from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Luzhou Medical College.
