Dr. Chikusela Sikazwe

Dr. Chikusela Sikazwe, PhD, MBA, MSc, currently serves as Country Manager at Medici Land Governance Inc., where responsibilities include driving organizational strategy, planning, company growth, revenue diversification, partnership development, and maintaining strategic relationships since June 2022. Prior experiences include serving as Program Operations Specialist at Jhpiego from October 2014 to May 2022, Technical Advisor for VMMC and Operations Director at Marie Stopes Zambia from April 2012 to September 2014, and Program Manager at the Clinton Health Access Initiative between March 2008 and April 2012. Earlier roles include Program Officer at the Evangelical Fellowship of Zambia from January 2006 to March 2008. Educational qualifications comprise a PhD in Business and Management (Decision Theory) and an MSc in Operations, Projects, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Zambia, as well as an MBA from the University of Lusaka and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Zambia.
