Shelly Tan

Shelly Tan currently serves as the HR and Operations Manager at Medicilon Inc. since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in management and entrepreneurship. As a Co-Founder of Linen and Homes since April 2017, Shelly has been instrumental in offering luxurious bedding and loungewear. Previously held roles include Sourcing Manager at Benchmarq Trade Ventures Inc. from June 2014 to June 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing product development and negotiating with manufacturers, and General Manager at GSI Philippines from June 2014 to December 2017, focusing on designing, sourcing, and distributing licensed products. Earlier in one's career, Shelly was a Placement Consultant at Teaching Nomad, overseeing recruitment for overseas teachers. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Management and Organizational Behavior from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
