Brittany Blass

Brittany Blass is an experienced marketing and operations professional in the beauty and wellness sectors. Currently serving as Operating Partner and VP of Marketing at Redbud Brands since April 2022, Brittany also holds the position of General Manager at both Cay Skin and Medicine Mama. Prior roles include VP of Brand & Innovation at Cronos Group, AVP of Innovation & Marketing at Beautyblender, and Director of Global Marketing at philosophy. Experience also includes significant positions at L'Oréal, where Brittany served as Director of North America Marketing and Marketing Manager, along with a consulting role at the Council of Fashion Designers of America. Brittany holds a Masters of Business Administration in Luxury Marketing and Product Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
