Alexander Henzing has a diverse work experience in the field of business development, research management, and knowledge transfer. Alexander is currently working as the Head of Business Development at Medicines Discovery Catapult since April 2021. In 1997, they obtained a PhD in Cell Biology from The University of Edinburgh, preceded by an MSc in Biological Chemistry in 1996. Alexander also holds an Ing degree in Bioorganic Chemistry from Hogeschool Leiden, which they completed from 1992 to 1996. Alexander Henzing's educational journey started with a Dipl. in Organic Chemistry from Laboratoriumschool Rijnland in 1992. Additionally, they obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APMG in August 2008.
