Patricia Casares

Patricia Casares is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) since 2008. Currently serving as the Head of Onboarding & Offboarding, Patricia leads a team responsible for managing the onboarding, mobility, and offboarding processes for internationally mobile and HQ staff. Prior roles include HR Mobility Head during the COVID-19 pandemic, Subject Matter Expert for the SAP-HRIS Transformation Project, and Compensation & Benefits Advisor, where Patricia focused on competitive compensation analysis and job evaluations. With a background in labor relations and HR coordination across multiple countries, Patricia holds a Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources, a Master's in Human Resources Management, and additional executive education in Innovation & Leadership. Recent training includes soft skills development.
