Patricia Casares is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) since 2008. Currently serving as the Head of Onboarding & Offboarding, Patricia leads a team responsible for managing the onboarding, mobility, and offboarding processes for internationally mobile and HQ staff.
