Adrian Michalak

Adrian Michalak is a seasoned legal professional with significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Senior M&A Legal Counsel at Medicover Healthcare Services since May 2019, Adrian previously held the position of Senior Associate at WKB, Wiercinski, Kwiecinski, Baehr, where focus areas included M&A and Banking & Finance from July 2012 to April 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as an intern at Linklaters and legal internships at MetLife, UNHCR, and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in New York. Adrian holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Magister (J.D.) in Law from the University of Gdansk. Additionally, Adrian is an advocate at the Warsaw Chamber of Advocates and is admitted to the New York State Bar.
