Marcin Fedor

Marcin Fedor, PhD has extensive work experience in risk management and compliance. Marcin is currently serving as the Head of Risk Management and Compliance Department at Medicover Poland since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Risk Officer/Head of Risk Management Department at Europa Ubezpieczenia from February 2021 to August 2021. Before that, they worked at AXA for over a decade, starting from April 2009 until December 2020, where they held the same role. Marcin also has experience in research and development, having worked as a Research & Development Manager at PREDICA from April 2004 to October 2007. Marcin also participated in the Young Managers Development Program at PREDICA from January 2003 to March 2004.

Marcin Fedor, PhD received their Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, and Insurance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 2009. Prior to this, they were a Visiting Researcher at Harvard University in 2008, focusing on Economics and Law. In 2003, they completed their M.A. in Finance, Insurance, and Risk Management at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and also received an M.A. in Finance from Krakow University of Economics. Marcin obtained an M.A. in Insurance (ENAss) from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in 2002.
