Radosław Rożek

Radosław Rożek has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Starting from 2023, they will serve as the General Manager and Chairman of the Board at Centrum Medyczne Damiana Holding sp. z o. o. Prior to this, they worked at Medicover Polska, where they held the position of Operations Department Director and was responsible for the management of medical centers, partnerships, telemedicine services, hotlines, and more. From 2003 to 2021, Rożek worked at Groupe CAT, holding several roles including Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe, Country Manager in Poland, Operations and Purchasing Manager in Poland, Country Manager in Lithuania, and Key Account Manager. In these positions, they managed P&L, financial strategies, business development, and customer relationships. Additionally, they gained experience in transportation, dispatching, and warehouse operations.

Radosław Rożek attended the ICAN Institute in 2018-2019, where they studied Personal Leadership Academy. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration in Logistic & Supply Chain Management at the Poznan School of Logistics from 2014-2015. Radosław obtained a Master's degree in Automotive Transport Technology and Logistics from the Warsaw University of Technology in 2009-2011 and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same university in 2003-2008. Additionally, they have acquired over 30 certified trainings in various areas such as business development, people management, finances management, LEAN management and leadership, and Project Management.
