Florinela Cirstina has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Florinela started their career in 2009 at Medicorp Iraq, where they served as a SMO. Florinela then worked as a Physician at RMSI Afghanistan from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Exmed UK Ltd as a Medical Doctor before moving to ISOS as a Doctor from 2011 to 2012. Florinela then worked at African Minerals as a Medical Doctor and later as a Medical Director from 2012 to 2015. Florinela also served as a Medical Director at Shan Steel SL from 2015 to 2018. In 2016, Florinela joined Medicover as the Quality and Regulatory Medical Director. Florinela then became the Managing Director of Medicover Hospital in 2017, a role they held until 2020. In 2019, they took on the role of Medicover Romania Hospitals Director and later became the Director Operational. Since January 2021, Florinela has been the Managing Director of Medicover Romania.
Florinela Cristina attended the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Timisoara from 1998 to 2004. During this time, they pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a focus on Vascular surgery.
