Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Medicover since February 2023, Radu enables Agile teams to meet project goals and delivers quality solutions. Previous roles include Project Manager at Advanced Robotics, where Radu led the development of innovative voice technology solutions, and Product Manager positions at ALTEX Romania and eMAG, focusing on category management and driving substantial year-over-year growth. Radu's extensive background also includes management roles at GOTY.ro, Alliance Computers, and KTech Electronics, highlighting a proven track record in sales growth, strategic supplier relationships, and market analysis.
