Shawn Murphy

Shawn Murphy has extensive experience in healthcare recruitment and management, currently serving as the Director of Delivery for the Anesthesiology Practice at Medicus Healthcare Solutions since September 2009. In this role, Shawn has been responsible for developing recruiters and enhancing the company's recruiting philosophy, focusing on maintaining strong physician relationships and driving growth. Previously, Shawn held various positions at Medicus Healthcare Solutions, including Delivery Manager for Hospitalist Medicine and Manager of Talent and Development for the Hospitalist Division. Additionally, experience includes serving as an Account Executive for Radiology at Medicus LLC and as a Business Development Manager at Volt Workforce Solutions. Shawn holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
