Jeffrey White

Jeffrey White has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Jeffrey started their career in 2007 as an Infantry Soldier in the US Army and later worked as an Information Systems Specialist from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Cypress Networks as a Network Consultant, where they assisted end users in resolving hardware and software issues. From 2014 to 2022, Jeffrey worked at MDcentric Technologies Inc., first as a Systems Engineer and later as a Support Team Manager. In these roles, they supported, designed, and maintained networks, implemented and managed systems and applications, and resolved network performance issues. Currently, Jeffrey is working at Medicus IT as a Level Three Support professional, responsible for designing and implementing customer-facing and internal systems while providing a world-class client experience.

Jeffrey White attended the United States Army School of Information Technology from 2010 to 2011, where they studied Information Technology. In September 2010, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA.
