Synne Hardeland Ihle is currently working as a Fertilitetscoach and Utredningskoordinator at Medicus. Prior to this, Synne worked as an Autorisert sykepleier at Oslo Kommune, Bydel Grünerløkka, and as a Sykepleier at Oslo kommune's Grünerløkka vaksinasjonssenter. Synne also has experience as an Autorisert sykepleier at Cathinka Guldberg-senteret Lovisenberg, where they worked in a forsterket skjermet avdeling. Synne has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Lovisenberg diakonale høgskole and has taken additional courses in Sexology at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University.
