Liz Hamilton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and leadership roles across multiple technology and healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Medidata Solutions since March 2023, Liz previously held various influential positions, including Vice President of Customer Success at Unite Us and Senior Director roles at Showpad and Carrum Health. A strong mentor to start-up executives through First Round Fast Track, Liz has a proven track record of scaling customer success teams, enhancing customer experiences, and driving revenue growth. Liz holds a BA in English from Georgetown University and an MBA in Leadership and Management from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
