Mariah Graham

Mariah Graham is a Certified Weight Loss Specialist with extensive experience in nutrition and community health. At Medifast Weight Control Centers, Mariah engaged with clients to address their weight loss challenges and support lifestyle changes. Currently serving as a Community Nutrition Assistant at the Center for Healthy Communities since June 2014, Mariah leads seminars promoting healthy living and teaches nutrition and physical activities to junior high and high school students. In addition, Mariah has worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Westmont College, where responsibilities included managing a rhythm and movement camp for young children. Mariah began their career in the hospitality sector as waitstaff at Valle Verde Retirement Community, enhancing resident dining experiences. Mariah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition Sciences from California State University, Chico.
