Joshua Mason is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, product development, and culinary services. Currently serving as a Regulatory & Labeling Specialist at Medifast, Inc. since January 2023, Joshua also owns and operates To Taste Culinary Services, focusing on culinary consulting and personal chef services since 2015. Previous roles include Culinary Product Developer at Freshly, where Joshua led the creation and commercialization of over 20 meal concepts, and Sous Chef at both Metz Culinary Management and The Watergate Hotel. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Food Safety Regulations from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University.
