Sharon Arangio

Sharon Arangio, M.S., is an experienced clinician currently serving as an Optum Clinician at UnitedHealth Group since April 2022, specializing in behavioral health coaching and evidence-based lifestyle interventions. With a background in health coaching as the Executive Director at Medifast, Inc. and Director at PEAK Strength & Conditioning, LLC, Sharon has dedicated over a decade to supporting clients in achieving and maintaining optimal health.
