Gemma Steel

Gemma Steel started their work experience in 2011 as a Client Service Advisor at IMASS Occupational Health. Gemma held this role until 2018. In 2018, they joined Medigold Health where they worked as a Customer Service Advisor from May 2018 until June 2019. Gemma then transitioned to the role of Content Writer in July 2019, where they are currently employed.

Gemma Steel completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Leeds from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained several certifications including "B2B Foundations: Social Media Marketing," "Email Marketing: Strategy and Optimization," and "B2B Marketing Foundations" from LinkedIn in 2022 and 2023.
