Lfe Longe has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Starting in 2014, they worked as an Administrative Officer at the Ministry of Higher Education, where they drafted various documents. In 2016, they became a Business Office Manager at HI Logistics, overseeing operations and implementing efficient systems. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an Operations Project Coordinator at Jobaye Environmental Solutions, coordinating projects and being recognized as Employee of the Month. In 2021, they served as an Assistant Project Manager at VS limited, partnering with business leaders and negotiating with vendors. In 2022, they worked as a Credit Controller Manager at Ecotricity, handling customer calls and resolving financial difficulties. Currently, they are a Client Relationship Manager at Medigold Health.

Lfe Longe holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Coventry University, which was obtained from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, Longe earned a Bachelor's degree in Marine Sciences from the University of Lagos, completed from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Longe has obtained various certifications including PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2022, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2015, and OHSAS 18001 Foundation - Health & Safety Certification, also from the Project Management Institute in January 2015.
